This would be considered a little revealing and contrary to our cultural and religious values.
But it would NOT be considered vulgar, distasteful or very offensive.

Looking under the covers of somebody's matrimonial bed would be considered extremely distasteful and offensive to most decent people of any culture/religion, even when depicted in a 'cartoon'.

Only the obscene, indecent, boorish, ill-mannered, un-civilized and vulgar types would condone such behaviour even under the guise of 'humour/satire' or whatever.
