- I think there is no law requiring ministers etc to relinquish their party posts.
- PPP made PPPP not because of this, but in order to avoid audits.
- PTI has asked Pervez Khattak and Asad Qaiser to relinquish their party posts, but keep 2 things in mind. One, its not illegal…they are asking it on moral grounds only. and two, PTI/Imran Khan cannot force these guys out of the party posts, because unlike other parties, Pervez Khattak and Asad Qaiser were elected to the party posts…not nominated. Big difference.
