The internet is huge, and google is an excellent companion. Please do a search before passing a lie as a fact. I dont know where you got this picture from, but the flag does not belong to the Taliban. As for weapons, it is a part of the pashtun culture, and for Imran to be pictured holding a weapon is not a matter of surprise.
