External force is an attack, internal attack is just violence? Zakk, Pakistan has been destroyed by internal violence more than anything else. We, as a nation are extremely polorized so if there is an attack by U.S, which has happend in past where U.S did drop bomb in Pakistan but the response was fragmanted by country. Some said that the people deserved it, others said that government is weak and rest supported the Taliban.
We as a nation are never behind our leader whenever there is an attack, we are too divided in our own political, social or religious agenda. Our President has been tried for assisination several times and still there are people who support the notion of attack on our government.

Yes, there were pictures of dead bodies lying in covered in sheets. None were shown of children, and to date there have been none of parent’s waving around pictures of their supposedly dead children.
