Talati MeHmood was a good singer. But his songs were too dull. Not just sad. But dull.
Mohammed Rafi I think sand in Talati style initially. And then developed his own.

Talat mehmood is a good singer I believe. Aur Rafi apni jagah hai. I like Rafi more than Kishore. but its difficult getting access to Rafi's songs.
