Allah's 'mother nature' really knows best, stick to whole fruit and veg.
Make sure you get your five portions of fruit/veg and 8-9 glasses of water a day and you'll have beautiful skin.
Relying on vitamin supplements is not good, not all vitamins/minerals our bodies need are known yet and we miss out on so much (fiber, antioxidants etc.) if we eat a pill instead of fruit.
If you must have a pill then buy one which is multi-vitamin and multi-mineral instead of just 1-2 types of vitamins.
