salam…brother psyah! I give you much respect for opening up a thread that most people wouldnt have the courage to start. :hehe:

foods rich in fiber (as mentioned above) is definitely something that needs to be added in one’s diet especially during ramadan.

Aside from drinking plenty of water…eating fruits such as apples (with the skin ..most of the fiber and nutrients is in the skin), grapes etc will also help.

so be sure to eat plenty of fruit chaat :smiley:
