i do, the only time it comes off is when i am taking a shower, but right now i can’t wait to go home and burn this new lace one i am wearing today, so freakin uncomfortable.

the fact that perhaps women who don’t wear bras also do other things that have been shown to reduce breast cancer—breast feed, eat healthier etc…those are all factors…

A while back, I heard (no official source here) how soft cup (unwired) bras are better for the body since the pressure from wired bras actually damages tissue cells in the breast.

In any case, it's best to get measured by a professional in one of those bra boutiques so that you are wearing the right size for your body.

Its not about the cancer thing.but i dont wear it at home i dont feel comfortable in it.and ofcourse when dad is around i have to wear it.but usually i dont and cant sleep with it.my mom really hates this.bcoz she is among one of those who feel uncomfortable without it.so she wants me to stuck with it for the whole life but i cant and i dont:) anyways thanx for sharing the information.

I wear a bra most of the time, seldom do i go free lolz...sometimes at nite i wear a looser one like a cotton sports bra...it's true like CrashDummie said, if ur kinda big then it's just too painful without a bra...even with a bra i have a lot of shoulder/back pain...plus if ur heavy, then u need a bra to help support ur back...it's not good to have all that pain, so u shud avoid it as much as u can.

Are you girls serious. I never ever took off my bra when i am sleeping. Its like i only take off when i take shower. I cant believe girls like to walk arround without it.. I tried but it makes me so uncomfortable and i have to to make sure i have my duppata onn properly even infront of my mom.

seriously: is it healthy to take it off at nights? please lemme know... ??

Many people say that bras causing breast cancer is just a myth. However, It is true that bras do not cause breast per se, but ill-fitting, too tight bras can help cancer growth since they can prevent your body from excreting dangerous cancer-causing chemicals. Another point is dont wear bra for longer time in a day. My advice to all the girls , mothers and Aunties on GS to wear Cotton bras and don't wear Multi-color synthetic Bras. Do check and test your breast , if you feel change in shape or you see some lumps, please do consult your GP.

ladies!! to sleep getting special tshirts that have material that give you support without being restrictive, i used to sleep in bras but then i found these t-shirts...well more like vest tops...(for those in the Uk Primark do them for like £2!!! lol bargain!)...they so comfy!

So, completely off topic, sorry to derail a serious thread, gents, when you see your wife’s/girlfriend’s bra, like if you’re doing laundry or whatever, do you ever have the urge to put it on your head like a hat or wear it on your face like a super hero mask with HUGE eyes? I do it occasionally just to annoy my wife and to be silly, but it turns out that a bunch of other guys I know do the same. In fact one day a good friend of mine’s girlfriend called my wife to ask her if I put her bra on my head and I thought for a second that they had caught me doing it while I was doing laundry, maybe peaked in through the window or something, but turns out that HER boyfriend was doing it and she wanted to find out if it was normal guy behavior.

Are you sure its when you are doing laundry?
