Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
West Indies in deep trouble 16-3. Careless batting they are just trying to hit a six on every ball.

Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
16/3 off 2.1 overs...lol
Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
I think a bowler is only allowed to bowl 2 overs under these conditions...
6 by Pollard, I think WI have the game.
Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
Wicket...41/4
Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
Monty, Swan, Adil Rasid, where did Eng suddenly get all these good spinners from :O

Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread

Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
WI at 45-5 from 5.2 Overs slipping up
Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
29 from 3 overs
Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
A couple of boundries...WI can be back in the game...
Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
16 to win from 12 balls
I think West Indies can finish the game in 8th over. :)
Re: T-20 Worldcup Matches Thread
oooo damn,,, WI is in serious business now...
To be fair South Africa, Sri Lanka and Windies have looked the three best teams of the tournament as far as batting is concerned.
Pakistan are slowly catching up and looking in good shape as far as the bowling goes. Batting as always gives you the biggest headaches. It does not fill you with too much confidence. Our best chance is to bat first and score 160+ (180+ w'd be ideal!!) and then try and defend it.
Chasing anything over 140 looks tricky at this stage :)
Bowling clearly is our strength...

Now just hope Dhoni, yuvi and co beat SA to bring SA's NRR so we might face WI which any way r an easier proposition or an outside NZ win also ensure we top the group F and meet the 2nd of Group E
Nobody has mentioned Harbajhan who I think was the primary reason why India lost. Thanks to his "10" wide balls.

lol

well three/four of them could've been avoided had Yuvraj just stopped the ball instead of thinking to prevent a single that was always there so he missed to stop the ball which went for 4
They r many things one can bring up but the most important factor is that the majority of South Asian players r not able to handle the bounce on English, Australian or SAF Wickets coz at home they enjoy flat tracks
Pakistan it's last ODI & Test series in SAF due this very reason ..... they simply don't have the technique to cope with it becoz they never were challenged at home
If somebody claims that it's impossible to have bouncy wickets in the subcontinent then why a country like Australia which has similar climate (Hot and Dry) can have it ????
It's understandable to have few seaming wickets coz the amount of heat will dry out the surface but the bounce can be generated
Think of the Shame of a Wicket which was prepared when MoYo broke Sir Vivs record ..... the ball was travelling at a height of 1 foot from the start ..... ridiculous to say the least
U prepare Flat Tracks u get Flat Track-Bullies (applies to the majority apart from a few) ...... simple as that
