I tried to search for a news item published yesterday or 2 days ago about a Taliban leader captured while I believe Sufi Mohammad was arrested too (I think, though he is not from Taliban). In general, I agree that army should target leadership first but then its their leadership which hides in rat-holes first when attacked.
As for humanitarin crisis, its govt's failure to not see it coming and not preparing for it though people have been fleeing those areas even before the fight began. It is our - national - responsibility to provide them every support.
