I can understand where Asif is coming from. See there is no point him appealing the ban on preliminary hearings. Even if he is cleared to play till full hearings, he can not go to UAE because remember usss k pass sai “hakeem ki dawwa” 
niklee thee. If he was getting legal help from board (board paying for his lawyer), he would have gone ahead but now that he is paying from his pocket, I am sure he dont wana pay his lawyers for nothing.
