Ok here I go again. First of all get yourself a food guide and make sure you get enough servings of all the four food groups. Ok fine ill list them:

Veg/Fruits 8-10 servings
Grain Products 8 servings
Milk and Alternative 2
Meat and Alternative 3

Secondly don't try to gain wt with junk food, because you will gain fat and not muscle mass. So how to gain muscle mass, well for that you need to do strength training! I am not an expert at fitness so others can make suggestions on this.

Now how to manage in eating so much food. It is best to eat more meals that are smaller in size and snack on fruits/veggies, nuts, yogurt etc. Try to add a lot of protein to your diet.

Now I know all of what I said is pretty generic and most people know this already BUT its hard to answer such a generic question. It would be easier if you had more specific questions.

^ No Ali...you can't substitute milk with a non caloric drink and then expect to gain weight. Jeez.

Ali listen to Syraa! Plus milk is not just to hydrate yourself..it has many nutrients such as calcium. You can also do other milk products doesnt have to be milk such as yogurt and cheese. Although I have a feeling you said that just to annoy me.

Sara I am listening to everyone. I like cheese yummm wat about mayonese? i think thats eggs though. Man now I am hungry and stuck at work ... u kids suck

mayo is no good..i dont approve..its jus empty calories..as in doesn't have any nutrients but lots of calories from FAT!
