Yes Allama's shair was for Mehmood o Ayaz (which were termed as looters by locals) and this parody is for those who are considered as modern Ghaznavi by one group and lota by other group.
PS: Looters and lotas are very much connected :)

AH is also denying getting money form ISI. kis ki baat manen kis ki nahin. If he has not taken money why his name is still in the list? It looks like he is not in proper seneses and he is speaking with broken sentences. He seems to be totally unfit to run an election. He should retire from the politics and rest at home.

I don't know if you realize that but your above dig at his speech is quite cheap and low.
Also, when mentally retarded people can become President, PM and Interior ministers then Javed Hashmi can easily run the country as he doesn't need to speak about Pakistani problems but actually take actions to fix them and he is capable of that.

I agree with you. He is still one of the most decent politician of present lot, though evolved through mardood Zia-ul-Haq's rule deadly opposing Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and he was forefront in toppling the first legally elected government. However later on when he realized the difference between coming through people's votes and riding on the shoulders of mardood, suffered severe persecution telling the truth on face to another dictator.
Regarding his breaks in speach, he seems to be very sick. He should stop in active politics and rest at home.
