Nowadays PTI is having an existential crisis, so any electable joining PTI means at least one of 2 things:
1- Genuine change of heart.
2- They got offered some big role in a future setup.
I think both former CMs must have been offered some big role in a future setup in Sindh. Despite bad times for PTI, if anyone can challenge PPP in Sindh, it is PTI. Hopefully the ensuing competition will mean better services for people of Sindh.
The prediction of bringing this country into chaos (my post # 1 of this thread) , more than a decade ago, became true. Pakistan is now in complete mess unfortunately. Hope that Shahbaz Sharif will do something to bring back country on its feet. Kaptan is only fit to work as Pakistani Cricket Coach, he should seriously think about it.
This is a legendary thread indeed. After Zaheer-ul-Islam’s public appearance to openly promote PTI in 2022, several journalists are talking about their experiences from 2014 onward and I’m quite surprised to listen to those accounts. Connecting the dots is revealing such a sad state of affairs. Allegedly IB intercepted phone calls of ISI which proved Zaheer-ul-Islam was operating without the knowledge or permission of Raheel Shareef. Hence another conflict b/w NS and COAS was averted in 2014. From accusations on Bajwa in 2016 to extra ordinary performance of Saqib Nisar on Panama Papers is making more and more sense now.

In few words , after getting big position due to supporting US in an attack on Abbotabad Pakistan to kill OBL , General Pasha and General Kayani were not happy with PPP government , who called them twice in assembly to clear their position , They selected IK to replace PPP , worked hard on this project .

عرب شیخ۔ یہ عارف نقوی کی حویلی میں ہونےوالی ان ملاقاتوں میں سے ایک تھی کہ جس میں شیخ نہیان5 بھارتی تاجروں کے ساتھ آئے جنہوں نے پی ٹی آئی کےلیےپیسےدیئے۔ پاکستانیوں کو معلوم نہیں کہ عارف نقوی نے صرف پی ٹی آئی کو تقریباً 3 ملین ڈالر ہی ادا نہیں کیے بلکہ کل رقم 22 ملین پاؤنڈ سے زیادہ ہے۔عمران خان نے جنرل شجاع پاشا کی موجودگی میں عارف نقوی اورعمران چودھری کے ساتھ بھارتی تاجروں سے ملاقاتوں میں شرکت کی۔ نقوی اورچودھری کی طرف سےکئی خفیہ عشائیوں کااہتمام کیا گیا۔ شجاع پاشانےان تقریبات میں قومی جذبات ابھارنے والی پرجوش تقریریں کیں۔
ان عشائیوں میں یہ درمندانہ اپیل کی گئی کہ پاکستان کو تبدیلی کی ضرورت ہےاورعمران خان کی پی ٹی آئی کو اقتدار میں لانے کے لیے سپورٹ کیا جانا چاہیے۔ عارف نقوی نے پی ٹی آئی کے لیے چندہ اکٹھا کرنے کے لیے دنیا بھر میں سفر کیا۔ امریکہ میں کئی دستاویزات ابھی تک سربمہرہیں جن سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ نقوی نے 22 ملین ڈالر سے زیادہ کی ادائیگی کی ہے۔
عارف نقوی نے پی ٹی آئی کے لیے سخت محنت کی کیونکہ وہ جنرل پاشا کو خوش کرنا چاہتے تھے جنہوں نے نقوی سے وعدہ کیا تھا کہ کےالیکٹرک سمیت کراچی میں ان کے کاروباری مفادات کاخیال رکھا جائے گا۔ اس کے بعد نقوی نے ہیلتھ سنٹر قائم کیا اور پاکستان میں 3 شاپنگ مالز خریدے۔شجاع پاشا نے نقوی کے راستے میں آنے والی تمام رکاوٹیں ہٹائیں اور نقوی کی مدد کی۔
پاکستان کی فوجی تنصیبات پی ٹی آئی کی مدد کے لیے نقوی اور عمران چودھری کی خدمت کے لئے کھول دی گئی تھیں۔ نقوی نے شجاع پاشا کو پاکستان میں اپنے مفادات کی دیکھ بھال کے لیےلاکھوں کے تحائف دیے۔آپ میں سےبہت سےلوگوں کو یاد ہوگا کہ یہ شجاع پاشا ہی تھےجنہوں نے ڈی جی آئی ایس آئی کی حیثیت سے ریٹائرمنٹ کے فوراً بعد یو اے ای سکیورٹی میں ملازمت حاصل کی۔
خیریہ شیخ نہیان، عارف نقوی اور ہندوستان کے وجے بھونت تھے جنہوں نے شجاع پاشا کے لیے اچھی تنخواہ والی نوکری کا بندوبست کیا اور پھر سب نے مل کر شیخ نہیان کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔اصل سکینڈل عارف نقوی کے امریکہ ڈی پورٹ ہونے پر سامنے آئے گا۔ 22 ملین ڈالر کے فنڈ کے ثبوت موجود ہیں اور فنانشل ٹائمز کے سائمن کلارک نے صرف 4 ماہ کی بینک سٹیٹمنٹ شائع کی ہے۔ امریکہ کے پاس، 2010-2017 تک کے ثبوت ہیں، جب ابراج گروپ ختم ہوا تھا۔

Had these generals not interfered in politics of Pakistan, perhaps Pakistan by now would have more stabilized economical viable than India. One General thought Pakistani were assholes, idiots, so he gave Basic Democracy. Another General thought Pakistani were retarded brainless sons of bitches, he gave non political based democracy. Glad to see this thread has been fixed and its opening up directly on last page. As far as PPP is concerned, I heard someone quoting Asif Zardari that he wants to see Bilawal as PM in his lifetime. Also there are high chances of Nawaz Sharif returning in July 2023 and he will aim to be PM 4th time. If PPP wants to have a chance to make Bilawal the next PM, then PPP must bag all the electables in Punjab and keep Nawaz Sharif disqualified.

My opinion is instead of NS, Mariam Nawaz is far better candidate than both of them for the seat of PM. Pakistan needs beauty and brains to lead, and she got both

Where are they now? Why they don’t participate anymore? It looks Indians have taken over this forum and some of them are really good with the knowledge about history of Pakistan. I came to know some missing links in 1971 war, through an Indian participant. Perhaps in old times they could have banned
