I thought it was COMMON SENSE that If hundreds of people suddenly join a party then it can be difficult to manage them as a leader.

He is admitting that he had a challenge to manage them and hence taking time.

What’s this excitement about?

He has no guts to manage his ‘niralay’. How do you expect him to manage the whole country?
