After getting all super permanent Punjabi lotay, he could not won elections from Punjab. I don’t know how will he able to win from whole Pakistan. “maut ke saudgar” usay lay doobenge, aor KP bhi haath se jaaiaga.

You don’t need to win the whole country to get Islamabad. Either full Punjab, as did Noon League, or half Punjab and some other places.
