Let me just elaborate this point.
Talibani Islam runs less on Pakistan based wahabi maslak Mullahs. It instead gets money from the gulf+Saudi and the Talibani ideology comes straight from Egyptian brotherhood.
In the long run though, Pakistanis must realize that Islam (Shia or Sunni) is an antithesis of our country.
Our Sharia is based on tribal traditions of centuries ago, and back then the concept of nationhood was non-existent for the most part.
1000+ years ago, probably the concept of nation was based on "tribal pride", and thus was discouraged.
However most of of daily life concepts have changed dramatically and our Sharia has not kept up with the changes.
These days nationhood is based on the boundaries of a country and this concept is totally alien to the Islamic Sharia.
And unless and until Pakistanis get serious about protecting the boundaries of the country, we'd remain in the state of war.
Islamic Sharia will remain the biggest threat to the very core of the Pakistan. It was so when Jinnah was declared Kafir, and it is true now that Talibani Islam is tearing apart our country.
In this situation, Ulema (both Shia and Sunni) cannot help Pakistan, instead they hurt our country everytime they speak beyond the basic religious sermons.
