what's your major Aisha? do you have any family in these countries or are you going to live in rez?
There's tons of Universities in all of the countries you've identified.
In Canada, McGill has already been mentioned... it's a top-tier University but you will require some french even though McGill is a good mix of francophone and anglophone.
If you're interested in purely anglophone institutions, you have Toronto, Queens, UBC, York, McMaster etc. which are always in the top categories in many listings.
In the end, it depends on your major, the courses you're looking for, and whether the Universities will accept exchange students.
