Suggestions needed for duas for my dad

Salam everyone,

Its been a while since i posted here. My dad is having a heart by-pass surgery inshallah on thursday. My family lives 2hrs away and i am in my later stages of pregnancy and want to avoid going home (as much as i would love to) and to the hospital due to the flu thats going round nowadays!

Im really really worried. What duas can i read please in order to rest my mind. Im sure inshallah everything will go well as he is in good hands but you cant help worrying! Please pray for him and help me.

I have been told to read Ayat-ul-Kursi but i feel that alone wont help!

I myself was in same kind of situation about 7 years ago. my father is alright right now. his heart by-pass surgery went very well. AlhumduLillah.

1. always try to recite Ayat ul Kursi til “hum fi ha khalidoon” (3 ayats).

2. if you believe in read Nad-e-Ali (AS)- that is the best. link here as follows

3. if possible for you make (do) a Manat that you will goto visit (ziaarat) of Imam Raza (AS) in Iran.

(4) i am posting the following Dua for your father and for yourself. recite as instructed.

I will pray for you and your father - InsShaAllah (bay Haq-e-Muhammad wa Aal E Muhammad (PBUH) he will home pretty soon.
