Pita chips/crackers with hummus

Peanut butter and banana sandwich

Yogurt salad (or yogurt chaat with boiled chickpeas, diced potatoes/onion/tomatoes)

Chicken sandwich…(store a shredded chicken and mayo filling in a container and spread on to bread)

Grilled Cheese sandwich.

Nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts)

Granola bar
