Suggestions for night-snack

I totally agree - yogurt is the best - because it lightly fills you up! and you do not have to worry about “brushing and flossing” - just rinsing is enough!

Besides yogurt, I would suggest hot chocolate milk (I like the desi bornvita) Just add some sugar and bornvita to WARM milk! You will sleep well and you won’t have to get up to eat in the middle of the night either!

My hubby eats icecream in the middle of the night :halo:
