Sugar Intake - Cut back on Sugar

Carbs are important to the brain but I think they mean refined sugars here in this article. Not the ones you find in fruit, etc.

6 teaspoons is 30 grams (of water for example). 9 teaspoons is 45 grams. 1 teaspoon is 5 grams.

The World Health Organization recommends limiting sugar intake to 45 grams a day or less.

Skittlez, I have the same issue with so much mithai in my house right now but moderation is key.
