but man dolly is funny....she laughs like a deo/jinn who just had loads of food or just ate a human being and is laughing with pride/power.

Dolly is jealous of veena, her size and appearance does not allow her to get the kind of publicity that veena did and that's why isske andher aag barak rahi hai. Her shouting and screaming did her no favours either.
