This is sad reality but not as much as in other countires..
The biggest wastage of resource takes place in USA. Be it food, energy, fuel or anything

Anyway
food wastage can be reduced by
- Serving one dish at wedding.
- make people sit down and eat.
I once saw a news report that in india, an organization does that work of collecting leftover food from hotels at night and delivering to orphanage and to poor people on the same night. Thus saving lot of food from being wasted.
I wonder what hotels and resturant do ? They can not dump so much food every day. there must be some procedure :konfused:
