indopak- in reality to take such shot at such an altitude, calculate the accurate relative velocity, lens must long, very fast shutter speed n smaller aperture.
whereas in the image. grains are not well focused, appreture is extremely wide n i have seen photographer myself playing these tricks to execute with their opticality on our visuality. 
p.s. condition of camera setting varies from situation to situation
