^^ So we both have problems? OK fine. If Bush were an absolute saint, and had done nothing after 9/11, what would people think about Islam then? If anything Bushs' actions have defused anger at Muslims by balancing the equation a bit.
If Bush had done nothing we would still have the Taliban, still have Saddam, Kashmir, Chechnya, and a lot more Al Qaeda, emboldened by their success. It is quite possible that Muslims would be more hated not less. Bush would have looked like a victim, and the whole world would be pressuring Afghanistan to give up OBL, voices of moderation would not have appeared in Afghanistan, and Pakistan would still be home to even more millions of starving Afghan refugees.

I am always amused at the lack of knowledge in your arguments, or you deliberately tend to twist the facts. 80% of the Afghan refugees STILL live in Pakistan, and have decided to make it a permanent home...whether it's good or bad, it's an entirely different debate. Also, these afghans are much better off than the Iraqis..
