^ i have heard palmers coca butter is good for keeping the marks smoothened and overall to it keeps the skin moisturized which will help keep the marks away.
its really a pity that with so much technology we dont yet have solutions to these small issues…
i am excercising nowadays so i am worried i might get them and there is no sure way to avoid them .

u can avoid them but not get rid of them
if u start using stretch mark lotions and creams b4 hand they might help

^^ Is your foot growing enormously? They can’t be strtchmarks but those lines you can get with dryness…

its not neccesary that sumthing is growing enormously will get marks
skin can get stretch marks even when any thing is growing and skin cant catch up with that
it can be because of little growth too
and i think i got them cuz of dryness too cuz in winters my skin get extra dry and a little bit more growth cud cause these marks
plz stop worrying bout how i got them

after pregnancy i had real bad strech mark, i started using cocobutter strech mark cream and message it daily, i notice it got lighter. i dont think it dissapear permently.

i use that palmar cocobutter streachmark cream with vita E . i think it took like couple of years to get it light. it takes real long, i wish i had used it while i was pregnant and message it everyday this way i would have never got it. well all the girls out there if ur pregnant from the 1st day start messagin ur belly. i do altrasound and i see so many ladies with horrible stretch mark.
