^ i have heard palmers coca butter is good for keeping the marks smoothened and overall to it keeps the skin moisturized which will help keep the marks away.

its really a pity that with so much technology we dont yet have solutions to these small issues… i am excercising nowadays so i am worried i might get them and there is no sure way to avoid them .

yup i ve hrd that 2, i knw of a few ladies who used palmer’s for their pregnancy strech marks,
try bio-oil

If u cant get hold of any of these, regualrly massage olive oil,
the key is to massage thoroghly and frequently
