**Nothing personal in Musharraf's summoning: Ahmed Mukhtar

**GUJRAT: Defence Minister Chaudhry Ahmed Mukhtar Thursday said there is nothing personal in the decision of summoning former president Pervez Musharraf before the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Talking to media here, Chaudhry Ahmed Mukhtar said the government has clarified that it would not fight Pervez Musharraf's case.

**Regarding Ajmal Kasab's confession of perpetrating the crime, he said now the court can award punishment to Kasab. However, Pakistan has nothing to do with this crime, he added.

Ahmed Mukhtar said the local bodies elections will certainly be held and in this regard consultations with the stakeholders are underway.**
