i know how it works here in UAE. we have to get IN number from Dubai financial market, register with a broker, call him which share we want to sell.i just want to know how to evaluate which share to buy and on the basis of what?

Ok. Based on this response, it appears to me you want to invest your money. As opposed to setting up a mutual fund.

In this forum there are threads that attempt to explain what you have asked for. But these threads are started by non professionals.

You should know the following

1. It is extremely easy to lose money in the stock market
2. index funds. (In the us) that mimic the market beat 80 pct of actively managed funds

So as a novice, you are GUARANTEED to do worse than the TOTAL MARKET.
