Okay I am the resident redneck so you have to listen to my suggestion, what a redneck would expect from a special steak dinner, It has to be a whole baked potato, piping hot with butter, sour cream and chives, optional is halal turkey bacon. red kidney beans in tomatoes sauce, Caesar salad and corn on the cob. If you want to make the guy feel special, fry mushrooms in butter and top it on the steak. Prick holes in the potatoes and wrap in foil, can be done on bbq.
