I like mine well done but its SOOO hard to find juicy steak well done. I dont want to see pink anywhere! With sauteed mushrooms of course and blue cheese…yummy.

I love sushi, hate shrimp and cannot stand raw steak…weird…

well, someday you bring your ammi’s famous biryani, and I will grill you some well done steaks with sauteed mushrooms and blue cheese..what do u like ribeyes, ny strip, porterhouse, filet mignon flat iron?

PS: I like my biryani boneless if its beef or lamb, and with bone if its chicken. thanks
