i dont know the exact "context" for this picture but i m damn sure that indian army is full of vultures and pitbulls, pitbulls kill any one who even passes in front of them while vultures are the cowards who eat the dead flesh.
(the BSF are pitbulls who kill any one they suspect of being "militant" while indian/kahsmiri police/ army are vultures who cant face militants in real life so they kill innocents and set up "ketchup shootouts" to get promotins)
