As per transparency international's index corruption at level 66. Highest before that was aroung 36 in BB's era.
Constitution is worth nothing....nothing at all. COAS Gen. Musharaf imposing the emergency and then trasfering the right to lift it to President Musharaf.
And who achieved from emergency....Mr Musharaf himself. So there is no point in telling anyone why it was imposed. There was just one reason to get a favourable verdict from the courts.
