I wonder who doesn't want to enjoy the perks of a CEO. I don't know if it is a desi thing i.e. not sacrificing power and money for the sake of dreams. Like you mentioned, there are a lot of goray, especially in the fields of engineering and arts, who stick to their professional careers without having the desire to manage or grow in terms of position.
