Just read an article on it. I myself is going to watch it next week monday or tuesday and in germany fans were dissapointed of this Episode.

I just watched the movie, and I have to say that I'm a little dissappointed, regardless it was much better than Episode I and spiderman especially.
The action was nice, and they didn't overuse computer animation like Phantom Menace.
The story evolved more around Annikin Skywalker and Queen Armadilla rather than the original topic.

Awesome movie. I hope this breaks Spider-man's record for first weekend (although I doubt it!). FX were far better than anything else I have seen before. The storyline is very balanced, not to fast, not too boringly slow. A must see...
Now a question about Episode III would be it's time-period... my guess would be that it's about 3-4 years after Padme has given birth to Anakin's twins. Or it could be something overly drastic only G.Lucas can imagine...
BTW, according to a poll at the official Star Wars site, this movie was rated as the best ever by 37% of the votes, the top score.
And who can deny the charm of the Matrix teaser... totally #$%@*&^...

I especially liked the chase in the beginning, and then the light sabre fights towards the end. Especially when Anakin fought with two light sabres and then Yoda fought. Wow! that was something.
And man! Count Dooku fought so well. It was difficult to imagine that the same dude jumping up and down appeared as Quaid-e-Azam. :)
I think the love scenes were stretched and they could have done better then Hayden Christensen, but then again he is the future villain so its ok if we don't like him much. Plus there were fewer chase sequences and less fights. The action sequences in SW movies are what makes them so great.
And now I am beginning to understand the relationship between Darth Sidious and Darth Tyranus. For a while in the middle when Count Dooku was trying to convince Obi Wan to convert, I thought this is another twist in the plot. Especially bcz we knew that Chancellor Palpatine becomes the Emperor of the Dark Side.
Also makes me wonder how will Lucas convert a ‘gora’ Anakin Skywalker (Hayden Christensen)into a ‘kaala’ Darth Vader (James Earl Jones).
If you look at the proposed credits of Star Wars III (due to be released in 2005), it shows both of them in the Credited Cast. Ref: http://us.imdb.com/Title?0121766
The fact that Fett Senior was involved with Dooku, and at the same time cloning the army proves that the introduction of the clones was a means to destabalize the republic...
"Talking to the official StarWars.com site, Natalie Portman has confirmed that Padme will be pregnant for much of Episode III. That the babies were coming isn't a surprise, but this bit of details nails down the timeframe of Episode III to the time around the birth of Luke and Leia."

Saw it 2 weeks ago and I liked it, although the performance by Yoda was a bit ludicrous.

I guess the only exciting thing about star wars series is that we already going to know whats going to happen since we have already seen the sequal and now we are watching the prequals.
