The game that will break Blizzard’s control over the MMO market. It is supposed to be full of ground breaking innovations and stuff. Honestly there is so much in there that I can’t list it all.

1. NPC companions that actually interact with you.
2. A character driven story line (like KOTOR)
3. A personal ship that acts like a home (like Ultima)
4. Unique character specialization
5. Characters can spec through three forms - Melee DPS/Caster DPS/heal - doesn’t lead to the WoW design flaws.

I haven’t played WoW, but that does seem interesting. When you say NPCs to interact with, does that mean AI characters who accompany you on quests and stuff?

The ship concept sounds good. Though character specializations are standard in MMOs and even other types of RPGs. Still, it sounds good. I’d consider playing a 30 day trial or something.

However, MMORPGs require a lot of free time to make them worthwhile. My current gaming habits are that I actually play game once or twice every couple of weeks. I’m not sure what the subscription fees are like right now but I doubt I have enough gaming time to make a subscription worth it.
