Anyways,
Yea stalking is bad BUT when a boy stalks a girl, MAYBE just Maybe its coz he Has a VALID reason to do that and he has no other choice.
what i mean by Valid that he 'likes' her and he just cant find the right moment to tell her and doesnt have the courage / not brave enough to approach her. and hoping that the girl would realise (one possible reason i can think of) and if its the case then girls should / would realise this and if its not the case then girls should approach and do the good deed first and ask why they are stalking you.
but then again he/ she maybe a mental case and has got nothing better to do but stalk ppl.

well its NOT a vaild reason to stalk someone ...if he dont have courage then he should move on n leave the gal alone ..no need to scare her
