How selling or supplying arms for credit can be called as help? It’s just a trade/business deal where both parties gain something!

I think US aid to Pak or India building infrastructure in Afghanistan can be called as help!

Pakistani help + Sri Lankan army = Winning combination

Maybe Pakistan should help the Sri Lankan army come to Pakistan and fight the Taliban on their behalf. I am sure that would definitely get some results.
