well that’s simple…how can a country whose poor have to sleep on the streets, go across the borders to build roads for another country.

strategy was formulated by Sri Lanka, China and Pakistan supplied them with weapons, and Sri Lanka was able to defeat Tamil terrorists.

on a serious note though, maybe Tamils will now cause more mischief within India for a separate homeland since their dream of a Tamil Sri Lanka has been shattered.
