I demand an immediate removal of Lota jee from his mod duties. Here we are, sweating in our arm-chairs while cric-buzzing for a match whose fate is already sealed in an white unmarked envelope; and there he is, sitting in his room, tucked under his pillows in a rather warm and comfy bed, with the air conditioner thrusting at full speed, making the environment safe from all dust particles and irregular molecules, and a Lota on his night-table so he doesn't have to get up in the middle of the night. Similar to a glooming light fading away in a distance, Lota jee is unaware of what is happening on the other side of the world.
I was rather keen on watching him bat, solely because of the flurry of runs he scores at a brisk pace. Considering the weather conditions and the pace duo bowling at both ends, it would have been made for a rather interesting two-sided competition, rather than a one-sided affair.
