Actually, it was not that bad.
Wuz expecting a horrible movie...

Matrix-3 grows on you, and the sublte philosophy fundaes are nice too...

My take: I had heard the full story before watching the movie, and it did not spoil it for me...

One part that comes our is the soul and body principle: Software has a higher and independent existance from hardware (human body, computer server).

So there are 3 sides to the battle: the machines(and programmes controlled by them), the humans and programs that are self aware (and independent from machine control).

Part that was seemed ****e was Neo's control over machines transcending the matrix. Unless there are deep fundaes of neo's enlightenment (of seeing and manipulating code) works on the "software" inside the machines and humans in the "real" world.

The ending was nice. (SPOILER comin up):

When Smith says "Every thing that has a beggenung has an end"
Neo realises that its the Oracle, who is still a part of the Smith Virus. So, like in the end of the first movie, neo lets smith infect him, therby infecting all smiths, and destroying them. But that did ot explain why he had tophysically die in the end. JC fundaes there too, i guess.

And it seems that Wachowski's too are Doystoevskii's fans:

Why Mr. Anderson? Why? Why do you choose to fight? To continue your meaningless pathetic existance on this world? Why?
Neo:Because I have a choice!

following the white rabbit,
chd

Doubts: Was Sati the next "oracle"? What was her significance?

The battle scenes were cool.

You'll have to wait for Matrix Redux (13) for the answer to that.

:konfused:
