Sir ji you are acting if she really flashed her Islam in your face. She believes in the original tenants of the faith and yet fails to remember any of them in any particular time, thats pretty dum and ignorant. She can site all that and say that there where Christians judges in Egypt and Spain but non of these judges were against the basic tenants of the Shria. You mention that word and they start calling for Ijtihad, not knowing that Ijtihad can never be independent of Shria.
Aa jatay hain Ijtihad kernay.
Enough of her ....there are other more important issue such as dual court system in Muslim countries and protection of women under those courts. The protection of poor, children and the minorities.
