Ok yazdi. My gut feeling is that it will be No.1 "Ten member bench will grant stay against presidential elections and eventually give judgement against Musharaf."
That is because Supreme Court is trying to give both kinds of judgements trying to please both sides, in the process it has stained it's own reputation, but leaving govt and opposition to continue fighting on between themselves.
