te (teen wala) haroof e ikhfa (hidden words) main aata hai) jo ke zaban ke neeche se ada hote hain aur us ke liye daanton ka zaban ko touch karna zaroori hai.
toye / towe (talaaq) harooq qalaqala main se hain. iss ki adaigin ke liye munh ko gol karna padta hai, aur zaban aur daant aapus main nahin milte.

and haza use for this..means things ke liye use huta hai not for people :p
