It is apparent, no matter how many courageous officers and civilians die in fight against terrorism, it would not stop these so called coward politicians from begging savages to negotiate! Shame on them for bowing before terrorists terms time and time again.

I'm watching the news coverage now and I must say it's a huge blow to local peace. It's a massive setback for Pakistan. You don't get many brave hearted police officers like him. Terrible, terrible news indeed.

Listening to some of the accounts, I wouldn't surprised if some rats from his own department sold him off the TTP.

Karachi is burning from all corners, not good for Pakistan at all.

So how many blogs will be written and how many ppl will condemn this attack? Several. But I can bet after some days all will be forgotten...till the next attacks happen. What a tragedy we have turned out to be. We were born as Lions, but has turned out to be worse then lambs! Even a chicken will shelter and protect his own child % family, but we as nation has turned totally black and stoned. This is not about PMLN, PTI, PPP, MQM, Military, ISI, POLICE, Media...its about freaking all of us! What the hell are we waiting for? When Islamabad will be blown up? The parliament? Supreme Court maybe? When a sharif and a Bhutto will die? For God sake when? Their should be a emergency in this country, but no wait...we will f***** call other names, throw **** at each others, come on every lame news channel to debate a issue whole day, week & year, but we cant come up with a solution. Mushurraf couldn't do a jack with terror-issue, PPP didn't do anything and it looks like PMLN will neither. We are f*** doomed!

Salute to ur service and effort, Shaheed Ch.Aslam, but I believe this nation didn't deserved your scarifies. Rest in Peace....

He was involved in the famous operation against MQM (one of the very few officers from that operations who were still alive), then he was involved in operations against Lyari gang and now taleban.

Sharjeel Memon categorically denied that. he said the fateful vehicle was bullet proof. it wasn't bomb-proof i guess.

the vehicle was sent to a garage for repair/maintenance and the investigators suspect the bomb was planted in the vehicle. they are looking into this aspect.

if that's true then it wasn't a suicide bomber who killed him as has widely been reported in the media.

Imran seems to be out of sync with realities and public sentiment. Considering how the public has responded to his killing he should have kept quiet.

You know what makes me sick and laugh is that Pakistani govt. is the only govt. on the face of this planet who gave in to terrorists. No sovereign state in its right mind deals with terrorist organization in a submissive way like Pak govt. does. “Sab Kee Fulltime Pathee Pari Hay” in dealing with these terrorists so much that they all $hit in their pants and won’t say a word against them, what to talk about taking a decisive and stern action. And Nawaz thinks they are our misguided brothers, yeah right.
