He was involved in the famous operation against MQM (one of the very few officers from that operations who were still alive), then he was involved in operations against Lyari gang and now taleban.

The daunting man who ferociously spoke against the TTP never looked back. He captured or killed many leaders of the banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan and Sipah-e-Mohammad Pakistan, to name a few.

The chain smoker — his brand Davidoff — caught hardened criminals and hit men of the likes of Saulat Mirza, Ajmal Pahari, Rehman Dakait and Shoaib Khan.

That’s true , he was one of the three inspectors which were rabidly hated by MQM in 90s, other two being Bahadur Ali and Zeeshan Kazmi. Both were killed, he got to be very brave to continue to operate in Karachi.
