He was involved in the famous operation against MQM (one of the very few officers from that operations who were still alive), then he was involved in operations against Lyari gang and now taleban.

Then it looks like joint venture of MQM and Talibobs. Remember how that makkar killer of Imran Farooq, was weeping shading crocodile tears, though he had a heart attack on killing of his own man.
