I went to barnes and nobles bookstore and i was browsing through magazines...i came across this diet magazine....which had consumer reports on the best diet plan and best diet book. Two of the best diet plans are volumetrics and Jenny Craig...for short term and after 1 year weight loss..these seemed to work the best. Out of the five best diet books south beach diet came under the 3 or 4th best diet....it didn't rank as high as i thought it would....
