Well, Sarfraz opened 4 ODI innings and all with Shahzad. 3 against Australia and 1 today. In each inning, Sarfraz made more runs than Shahzad, got out after Shahzad and his SR was much better than Shahzad. Still, Waqar says that he cannot open. To me, it is not that Sarfraz could not open, but Waqar is an idiot. Sarfarz scores as opener: 34, 65, 32, 49 … that gives an average 45 runs per match (better than any Pakistani ODI opener)
